Mailstep is the first to respond to Alza’s call and introduce fast delivery: orders from e-shops can be delivered the next day, including evening purchases. Mailstep, as a major player in fulfillment services in the Czech Republic, now offers the same delivery speed as the Czech e-commerce leader, both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The new “Evening ordered, tomorrow delivered” service ensures that even evening orders will be processed the same day and delivered the next day, thanks to cooperation with carriers such as Zásilkovna, PPL and GLS. This benefit is now also available to small and medium-sized e-shops at no extra cost.

To speed up logistics, Mailstep has increased the capacity of its centre in Horní Počernice, Prague, and has also introduced Sunday shifts so that weekend orders can be delivered on Monday. This change significantly surpasses the current market standards, where most e-shops were only able to deliver next-day orders in the morning. The shift of the “cut-off time” to 19:30 promises to improve the customer experience for the more than one hundred e-shops that use Mailstep’s logistics services and sets new standards for the entire e-commerce market.

Martin Beneš, CEO of Mailstep, emphasizes that in a competitive environment with approximately 50,000 e-shops in the Czech Republic, the company’s goal is to become a reliable partner that helps e-shops not only maintain customer satisfaction, but also attract new customers.

Together with PPL and GLS, they provide fast delivery even for evening orders, and Mailstep plans to further develop this service and expand cooperation with other partners to bring better service and greater competitive advantages to e-shop customers.
